We listen, act, and transform
I am dual board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC). I provide psychiatric medication management for adults ages 18–65 and treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD, sleep disorders, grief, women's mental health concerns (PMDD, menopause, and postpartum), and culturally related stressors.
I earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a second Master of Science in Nursing from New York University. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I specialize in integrating physical and mental healthcare. My professional background includes community mental health and primary care, serving diverse and underserved populations through organizations such as Horizon House, Project Transition, and Spectrum Community Health Services.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's goals, values, and needs. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
Born in Vietnam, ethnically Cambodian, and raised in Philadelphia, I value the role culture can play in mental health and wellness. For those who desire it, I can also incorporate Christian faith into treatment. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting well-being.
I am currently accepting new clients in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington. I provide telehealth services in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington, with in-person appointments available in Delaware.
